Worum es geht

With the transition from e-commerce to brick-and-mortar retail, markta needed a new kind of community—one that is locally rooted, right in the heart of Vienna. oha! digital completely reimagined their social media from the ground up: 350,000 impressions, a 4% engagement rate, and 1,600 new followers.

01

Die Challenge

Starting fresh digitally.

With the withdrawal from e-commerce, markta's digital presence had to be reimagined. The question: How do you drive people into the store – using channels traditionally optimised for online conversions?

02

Die Idee

Local relevance instead of broad dispersion.

Instead of reaching as many people as possible, it was about reaching the right ones: a community in Vienna that feels connected to markta – because of a mindset, not just a product.

To achieve this, we created relatable content and ran ads that encouraged pre-orders and drove footfall to the store.
