What we actually do
Car-free since October 2025
No more company car. Our direct footprint is small – our standard for honesty isn’t.
Green electricity & paperless office
100% green electricity from hydropower, refurbished IT, LED and long-lasting devices, rigorous waste separation.
Fair work as the foundation
Permanent contracts for everyone after probation, four-day week and working from home possible, transparent salary guidelines from the application process on.

We pass the same care on to our clients – and actively advise against greenwashing. More on this →
What we’ll keep working on in 2026
Finalise the district heating balance
With the official factor from Salzburg AG – and start the conversation about heating efficiency. As a tenant, this is our biggest item but the hardest to influence.
Complete the switch to LED
And check kitchen appliances for efficiency.
