Worum es geht

For nic.at, oha! digital developed a Canva template set that enables the marketing team to produce their own social content in-house – across all content pillars, fully on-brand, and flexible enough for three sub-brands with completely different colour schemes. On Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

01

Die Challenge

Three brands. One system.

nic.at produces its own social content. What was needed was not a service provider for every single post, but a system that is fast and remains true to the brand.

The real challenge: The set has to work just as well for internal news, events, and trade fairs as it does for product updates and ongoing formats – across three sub-brands that share no common colours.

02

Die Idee

A system, not a hodgepodge.

Instead of individual templates, we built a modular system: structure, formats, and layout are the same for everyone, while colours and look adapt to the respective sub-brand.

Because everything runs in Canva, the entire marketing team can work with it – without design tool hurdles and without having to run every post through an agency.

Die Umsetzung

From the content pillar to the final template.

01

Content pillars

Defined together so that the set covers precisely the topics the team actually works with.

02

Requirements

Which formats, how much flexibility, which boundaries – ensuring day-to-day work is fast and stays on-brand.

03

Mock-ups & design

Dedicated templates for news, events, trade fairs, product innovations, and content formats.

04

Sub-brand adaptation

Three colour schemes, one system – every brand remains recognisable.

Gut zu wissen

In short.

What did oha! digital do for nic.at?

oha! digital developed a social media template set in Canva for nic.at – from defining the content pillars to conceptualising and designing the templates, right through to adapting them for three sub-brands with distinct colour schemes. The marketing team uses it to manage their Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels independently.

Why a template set in Canva?

Because nic.at produces its own content. Canva makes the set accessible to the entire team – removing the barrier of complex design tools and eliminating the need to run every post through an agency.

How does a template set stay consistent across multiple sub-brands?

Through a shared system: structure, formats, and layout remain consistent, with only colours and styling adjusted for each sub-brand. This keeps each brand recognisable while maintaining a cohesive overall appearance.
