Recruiting that wins people - not just clicks
Our aim was to develop a digital recruiting solution for gib e.V. that would work precisely where traditional channels fail: in the search for committed specialists in the social sector. Many of the vacancies are aimed at people who work with people with disabilities - a target group that cannot be reached with standard advertisements.
We therefore set up a social performance strategy that focuses on simple applications, clear messages and genuine accessibility. The focus was on a funnel that uses meta lead ads to build targeted reach, pre-qualify people and make it possible to apply without unnecessary hurdles.
This enabled us to achieve maximum impact with minimum effort on the user side - with over 2.7 million impressions, 400,000 people reached and more than 2,400 applications generated.
In an area where the shortage of skilled workers is an everyday occurrence, this project shows that social recruiting can work - if you think about it with heart, attitude and system.
